Hi, I’m Marie, the heart behind Marie Coffee Co. I’ve always dreamed of owning a cozy bookshop and coffee space filled with warmth, conversation, and the comforting aroma of espresso. During COVID-19, while spending more time at home, that dream began to take shape in a new way. I started experimenting with coffee in my kitchen, learning to pull the perfect shot and create drinks that felt both beautiful and comforting.

What began as a quiet ritual quickly became something more. Coffee became creativity. It became connection. It became how I showed care for the people around me. Marie Coffee Co. was born from slow mornings, recipe testing, and the belief that a simple cup of coffee can transform a moment.

Today, I bring that same warmth and intention to every event, from weddings and baby showers to corporate gatherings and brand activations. As a Latina entrepreneur based in Las Vegas, hospitality is part of who I am. Every custom menu, every detail, every smile across the counter matters.
